Conditions of Use

Terms & Conditions of Use...

1. Note: The specifications that make up the items that make up the full e-packs may change without prior notice. And may change from those illustrated. Any returns must be made using Special Delivery post at your own cost and be in a returned in original packaging, unused/unopened/unbuilt state. All post charges are to the UK only, US and EU will be charged at cost +10% because of extra packaging requirments.


2. Orders are normally processed despatched within 48hrs of receipt of order but please allow up to 3-5 working days for delivery, we will notify you via email when you order ships.


Items on the site may be indicated as in stock but may not be available for immediate despatch, as the nature of supply for these items can be patchy from time to time and may be supplied from more than one origin. Most orders are completed and delivered within 5 days. If at anytime you require a order refunded it will be done straight away. If using PayPal this refund can take up to 3-5 working days to show, but normally quicker. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the following day.


3. If you need a refund on your order and it has already been processed or is on order from my supplier and or is ready to deliver any monies refunded can take up to 5-10 days transaction times. This will also inccur a 10% cancellation fee.


4. Special Order Items can take a little longer to deliver 7-14 days should be allowed but usually a lot less!

5. VAT charged on items sent to UK and all EU countries at 17.5%


6. Items found to be faulty will only be replaced at TrexMAD's discretion.


7. Any refunds will only be issued on safe arrival of the refunded goods with TrexMAD.co.uk and not before, whether our or the costomers error.

Returns - Returns will only be accepted with after calling us for authorisation first, Do not just send the good back. This can be obtained by emailing us at saless@trexmad.co.uk or calling us. Conditions of return as follows:

  • Item must be as original unopened packaging, nothing part built
  • Return postage cost will be the responsibility of the purchaser (we recommend Recorded Delivery we are not liable for items we have not received, larger or more valuable items need to be sent insured couriers)
  • A restocking fee of 15% WILL be charged to cover our costs

8. Any extra costs inccured by import duty / tax etc by your own countries customs will be the sole responsibility of the receiver.

9. Any goods sold by TrexMAD on behalf of a customer can be exchange for shop items upto the FULL value of the items selling price, this can be as part payment against a higher value item or against one or many items until the balance gets to zero.

If you prefer to take it as cash the amount will receive a 27% discount as a process and handling fee for TrexMAD.

10. Any VIPorClub discount does not apply when an items is already reduced as a special, so no double discounts .


Shipping And Handling

Shipping is caluclates automatically an uses true Royal Mail rates, please select to method you require when you checkout, for cetain items and order values you may only be able to select one.

 


Stock levels

The website shows what we have available with delivery possible within 3 working days, but we will get it to you within our delivery terms. Its not economical to stock all items at all time, but would be nice and I dont think anybody actually can! - So we dont try :-)


All orders are posted the way you selected when you ordered.

All transactions are completed in Pounds Sterling.

UK Domestic services:

Special Delivery = Delivery before 1pm (Order cut off 1pm*)
1st Class service = 1 day (Order cut off 3pm*)
2nd Class service = 2 day (Order cut off 3pm*)

UK - Orders within the UK are sent using Royal Mail First Class and Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery as you select. Orders recieved by 1pm will, where possible, be despatched same day. Delivery once in postal system takes 1-2 days but is not guaranteed. Only Special Pecial Delivery is Guaranteed Next Day.

Europe - Orders for Europe (including the Republic of Ireland) are sent Airmail and typically take around 3 days for Western Europe and 3-10 days for Eastern Europe.And can take longer. (Allow upto 30days max)

Rest of World - Overseas orders are shipped Airmail and can take around 5-30 days to arrive.

We aim to deliver all orders within '7 working days' from order receipt, if you have still not receved it after this, please contact us immediately!


What the emails mean...

Processing - Automated reply that we have rceived your order ok and are still to process it.
We are processing your order - We have started to check, pick and pack your order, ready to post, but it is not yet posted, dependent on current 'live' stock or time of placed order.
Shipped - Your order is posted to you or will be posted to you later the same day.



Goods will be despatched on dependence of stock levels. If the item is not in stock, we will advise of an approximate shipping date. We will advise you by phone or email if the parts are not in stock.

Cancelling (Orders within the EC)
You have the right to cancel within 7 working days after the day you take receipt of goods. You must notify us within this time that you wish to cancel. You are required to take good care of the goods and return them to us at your own cost within 30 days. If you would like to phone us we can arrange to have the item(s) picked up. We will subtract the cost from your refund. If we send a substitute without first checking that the substitute is acceptable then consumers are not expected to pay return carriage costs.
